Main Role (Overall accountability):

- A responsible leader with an analytical and strategic bent of mind, with extensive experience in managing large operating Self Service units and Phygital initiatives for the bank (Physical and Digital).

- The job holder carries the overall responsibility for driving the Phygital Initiatives for the department. Acting as the liaison between Business and IT in articulating business requirements into IT development requirements for various initiatives. The day to day job required coordination between Business analyst, Quality Assurance, billers, fintechs, eternal partners and technology team in understanding and testing design, document and testing business, technical and financial requirements. The job holder carries the overall responsibility of business project delivery along with coordinating the User Acceptance Testing for the department.

- The job holder also carries the overall responsibility for overseeing day to day Self Service units (ATM / CDM / FFM) managed Service operations which includes installations, status uptime monitoring, issue management including field services, project management & maintenance of deliverables to ensure maximum uptimes and transactions.

Personnel Specifications:

Work experience:

- 10 to 15 years of hands on experience working in Phygital, Self Service channels and Digital banking space.

- Experience in operational uptime management for Self Service channels.

- Experience to coordinate to develop and document business requirements of Self Service unit's projects. The job holder carries the overall responsibility of coordinating the User Acceptance Testing for the department. Acting as the liaison between Business and IT in articulating business requirements into IT development requirements.

- Experience in creation of user stories, such as requirement generation, out of scope stories, missing stories, etc.

- Ability to review business goals and objectives and work on the business case on basis of financial modeling.

- Well rounded knowledge in new product setup with eBanking domain

- A good understanding of eBanking channels and integrations involved

- Ability to work with IT personnel to understand business requirements documents and IT documents

- Ability to review IT development documents and provide comments and guidance as perbusiness requirements

- Fair knowledge in project management methodology

- Good knowledge in overall banking

- Desirable but not mandatory to have product knowledge such as Digital banking platforms, core banking, middleware, TSYS Prime, ACI Postilion, FIS Cortex, CCAvenue Payment gateway

- Good knowledge in overall banking
