Job Description:
- Aligning the training function with business objectives / goals/vision for the organization
- Developing Content for training employees within the organization
- Negotiating with training vendors and other channel partners
- Training Delivery on Sales, Soft Skills, and Leadership for Senior Team Members
- Conduct Leadership Programs for Senior Management
- Alliance with stakeholders to improve the service levels.
- Presenting reports on a monthly/quarterly basis to help in smooth operations.
- Making presentations, doing quality analysis, making programs through Yearly Assessment based engagement
- Developed content in the area of Sales, Product, Customer Journey, Service, Management, Leadership and Behaviour.
- Introduced leadership program for developing future leaders within the organization.
- Driving training and development programs across all functions and all levels.
- Developing people capabilities ensuring a culture of training within the organization and create a healthy climate for career enhancements.
- Acting as the promoter in cultural and organizational transformation and inducting coaching and mentoring
- Conducting training need analysis based on information gathered through performance evaluation, business priorities and skills gap assessment.
- Sustaining & developing L&D programs across levels and teams within the region.
