Job Summary:
The Deputy HR Head will assist the HR Head in managing the HR function throughout the organization, focusing on enhancing HR strategies, policies, and practices to align with business objectives. This role involves collaborating with senior management to drive human capital strategies and promote a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company goals.
- Shape organizational culture and leadership development.
- Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and foster continuous improvement.
Talent Management:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Develop employee development and succession planning programs.
- Ensure effective performance management systems are in place.
HR Operations:
- Manage daily HR operations, including employee relations and compliance.
- Provide guidance to HR managers across various locations.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Employee Relations and Engagement:
- Foster a positive work environment and address employee concerns.
- Develop initiatives to enhance employee engagement and productivity.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within the organization.
Learning & Development:
- Cultivate a learning-oriented culture identify training needs and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Collaborate with corporate and unit HR teams to implement training programs.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and industry standards.
- Manage HR-related risks, including legal issues and workplace safety.
Special Projects:
- Support the conceptualization and execution of HR projects to meet specific business needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred.
- 15+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR management role, ideally in manufacturing or industrial settings.
- Proven track record in developing and executing HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across diverse teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and capability to address complex HR issues.
