- Drive the analytics agenda in the space of marketing campaigns
- Track & analyze campaigns across channels (outbound, inbound, social media, paid/free portals etc.)
- To create customer journey/ life stages relevant from the marketing campaigns standpoint & define data analytics driven strategies for catching the customer in the Moment of truth (to cross-sell)
- Engage with stakeholders and provide key inputs while designing of campaigns
- Assist on paid campaigns using Google analytics and Facebook
- Report campaign performance and creating monthly dashboards
- Lead & drive campaigns optimization through new ideas & techniques
- Stay abreast of the latest trends across the markets
