Deputy Group Manager - Data Scientist - ITES

This is an opening with one of the Topmost ITES organization.

Designation : Deputy Group Manager

Location : Gurgaon

Years Of Experience : Overall 10+ Years

Qualifications : B.tech / B.E (CS), MCA, M.Sc (CS), M.s

Key Responsibilities :

- Resource will focus on predictive algorithms/approach. This person will have at least 7-10 years of development experience developing analytics solutions, with 7 years algorithm/model development experience, and 3 years of data mining, and exposure to R (http://www.r-project.org/), Python etc. Preferred business experience in Collections, Sales and financial services.

- Significant experience in Predictive models, Machine learning, Statistical modelling etc. Displays Business Acumen, Handled machine learning projects, Used modelling tools extensively including SPSS,R others. Should have Exposure to Big Data. Hadoop experience preferable.

- Testing & Continuous evaluation of prediction techniques. Experience with A/B Testing, Lift Curves, Confusion matrix, Business exposure

- Significant experience working with Technology resources in product and software development, Understand in detail hardware software component, Professional services experience and managing deployment of technology based assets desirable

- Knowledge on Building Data Stream is Plus ( Working with nodes, Working with Models, Saving and Mapping Data Streams, Loading Files )

- Must possess very strong technical skills. Successfully designed and implemented large sized high-performance and scalable analytics solutions.

- Senior resource, prior team handling experience preferable.

- Must have good knowledge of Big Data technologies.

- Experience designing applications for cloud deployment.

- Must understand trends in technology and be able leverage them in technical solutions.

- Must be able to design and implement frameworks for technical solutions.

Preferred Skills :

- Must have good written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate all aspects of a project solution with managers, account managers, client and project team.

- Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities which can execute effective negotiation and team management skill.

- Be able to think creatively.
