Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities of the Role:
1) Person should be working on Culture Transition, HR Analytics, People development & engagement, Training & Development
2) work with their staff, engage them regularly and encourage open conversations and provide timely feedback, generate effective communication within teams.
3) Designing and Developing Training Programs. Implementation
4) Delivery of Training Programs. Evaluation of Training Programs Effectiveness.
5) Identify organisational goals. Set performance expectations.
6) Monitor and develop performance throughout the year.
7) Implementing Employee engagement activities for Office & Plant locations.
8) Maintain budgets and optimize expenses.
9) Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
Requirements and Skills
1) Experience in planning and budgeting
2) Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations etc.)
3) Strong analytical ability
4) Experience in ISO Documentation
