Job Description:
- This role will be responsible for spearheading the C&B function for the India geography of the organisation with focus on developing total rewards and core C&B activities.
- This is a strategic role and will play a key part in devising the overall C&B strategy and direction with implementation of HR Analytics.
- Hands on experience with HR Analytics and Audit, Compensation design and Payroll.
- Overseeing the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other welfare initiatives.
- Conducting the salary bench marking exercise and propose grids for new roles within the organisation.
- Conducting C&B audits and implement necessary controls to fix gaps.
- 12+ of overall experience in core C&B with proven expertise in leading strategic C&B function and Total Rewards.
- Strong HR analytical skills along with overseeing Payroll.
- HR certification (e.g., Certified Compensation Professional, Certified Benefits Professional) is a plus.
