Qualification : MBA/PGDM (HR)
Experience : 10-15 years
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead a comprehensive internal and external talent acquisition strategy across multiple locations and geographies, incorporating diversity and niche/emerging market requirements
- Evaluate the structure, processes, and tools needed within the talent acquisition function in order to meet aggressive and timely hiring priorities while delivering with quality
- Implement efficient, scalable, consistent and effective talent acquisition processes and technologies
- Improve hiring manager and candidate experience
- Working with the business towards the overall manpower requirements & budgeting
- Communicate talent acquisition strategies to key stakeholders in a manner that positions the talent acquisition team as trusted advisors to the business; develop Talent Acquisition's value proposition to the business
- Build a strong relationship with the organization to understand the demand plans, and provide hiring solutions
- Lead, plan and execute the overall recruitment process for the organisation in the Indian sub-continent.
- Provide guidance to HR and Business Leadership teams on aligning hiring capabilities to company's philosophy.
- Drive and execute cost effective, streamlined best practices TA strategies.
- Involved in Recruiting branding activities for internal employees and attracting external talent pool.
