Role & Responsibilities:
- Workforce Planning: Anticipating the organization's talent needs and aligning recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Employer Branding: Enhancing the company's image to attract top-tier talent.
- Sourcing & Recruitment: Identifying candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Candidate Assessment: Conducting interviews and evaluating candidates using various assessment tools.
- Onboarding: Ensuring a smooth integration of new hires into the organization.
- Talent Pipeline Building: Engaging with potential candidates for future openings.
- Diversity & Inclusion: Promoting a diverse and inclusive workforce in all recruitment efforts.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Leveraging analytics to monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and retention rates.
- Other key responsibilities include business partnership, driving change initiatives, HR strategy, talent management, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, employee relations, and overseeing the HR business operations.
