Key Responsibilities :
- Proficient in creating feasibility studies, opportunity Identification and gap analysis for F&A processes
- Strong understanding of sub processes within Finance & Accounting
- Knowledge of US Finance industry
- Team & Stakeholder Management
Goals for F&A practice Unit :
- Establish organization and processes to support the company vision; accelerate Change the Business initiatives
- Maintain strategic alignment with vertical businesses
- Improve awareness of initiatives and assets across the company
- Operate with a consistent methodology; Expand the portfolio of company inhouse products
- Focus on both incremental and step change advancements to our delivery models
- Reuse existing (and new) assets where possible across business lines
- Be result oriented
