Deputy General Manager/Senior Manager - Recruitment - Retail/Telecom/Healthcare

- Lead the Recruitment Function (including Leadership hiring)

- Hands on experience required in managing the recruitment and selection process, driving change in organizational development and staffing.

- Looking for someone from Healthcare / Pharma / Retail / Telecom Domain

- Responsible for Talent acquisition

- Streamlined the Recruitment process

- Attract talent through Social Media Hiring and other sources.

- Coordinate the end to end recruitment and the hiring process including conducting pre screens and coordinating interviews and a job offer management for all levels.

- Provide excellent recruiting and advisory service to HR Business Partners and the Sourcing team to guide high-quality candidates through the selection process.

Location: Hyderabad, Candidate with flavour of local language will be preferred.
