DGM/Senior Manager - Business Intelligence & MIS with a TOP MNC

We are looking for a DGM/Senior Manager - Business Intelligence and MIS with a TOP MNC

Location - Lower Parel, Mumbai [Work from Office]

Purpose of the role: To support the business objectives by sharing information on various KPIs/Metrics. This involves providing business insight to management to make informed decisions and share on-time and accurate reporting. Pursue ways to automate reports and other process areas to build efficiencies

Roles and Responsibilities:

- End-to-end development, implementation, and maintenance of the dashboard/reports using Power BI and Excel as data visualization tools and SQL server, Excel, SharePoint, MS Access, etc.. as a database

- Data modeling in SQL Server and SharePoint

- Provide analysis and insights to management from data by looking at trends

- Take initiative for continuous process improvements & provide new innovative solutions

- Enhance skill & knowledge of self & team members through training & acquire the necessary certifications

- Judicious use of natural resources

- Shall adhere to environmental health and safety policy/objectives and guidelines of the organization

Education:

- Minimum: Graduate, PG or MBA in business analytics reputed university OR

- Postgraduate with Certifications in Data visualization & Data Modelling

- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in Business intelligence and MIS reporting

Knowledge & Key Skills:

- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with BA tools - Power BI

- Strong knowledge of SQL servers (writing complex queries and stored procedures)

- Proficiency with MS Office with sound knowledge of Excel (complex formulae, Power Queries, etc)

- Should be able to present data in a meaningful full way in PowerPoint presentations or Power BI Dashboard

- Pleasant disposition, comfortable interacting with people from different cultures and levels, feedback skills, leadership skills

- Strong internal personal and team management skills

- Ability to Innovate and enhance procedures and methods to increase productivity & cost-effectiveness
