This role forms part of the management team and plays a key role in setting company policies and guidelines.
This role exists to set up sales and marketing objectives and formulation of strategies to ensure their attainment that includes developing new dealers, liaising with the existing dealers, the introduction of new products, preparing the budgets and overall supervision of the market penetration plan.
- Facilitate each sub-function on their operational challenges
- Guide each sub-function on their long-term operational excellence
- Cost & performance budgeting support of each sub-functions; with periodic review & control
- Conceptualisation & Execution of Promotional Plan
- Project Management for New Product Development pipe-line; leading cross-functional team in Engineering, sourcing & operations
- Identify & support New & alternate channel for sales growth
- Team Management (Review & engagement )
- Domain Training & skilling of sales channel ( sales function & trade)
- Market visit for overseeing operations
