Profile :
- To Take care of the complete Channel Distribution network for the South & North regions
- Provide strategic direction to the team thereby driving growth for respective channels
- Facilitate growth of individual brands and ensure deliveries of Marketing plans
- Analyze, monitor and develop strategies to enhance distribution reach through trade marketing
- Ensure effective New product introductions through effective
- Develop specific strategies for different trade segments and ensure optimum utilization of Trade Marketing resources
- Ensuring commercial hygiene compliance, forecast accuracy
- Coaching and developing the sales team to improve competencies and effectiveness
- Managing stockist and trade relationship by anticipating proactively and resolving issues, minimizing stockist and field force attrition.
- Monitor competitor activity - anticipate and develop strategies to counter competition's efforts
- Facilitate compliance to corporate guidelines on Sales Systems and processes through active communication and control mechanisms.
