- Should deliver results in terms of absolute volume, marketing strategies
- Should ensure complete sales/ channel management and control
- Should motivate and lead people by example
- Should ensure full planning, organize, lead & control the sales team to achieve planned ABP volumes brand/ pack wise
- Should ensure full planning, organize, lead the sales team in capability development and improvement in skill levels of ASMs, SE- s, Salesmen and MDs
- Should review and monitor the sales MIS reports to ensure the improvement of sales operations
- Should handle important key accounts/ modern trade accounts
- Should develop marketing & promotional programs for the designated market and ensure the implementation of the same
- Should develop and monitor a system for efficiently handling of customer complaints
- Should provide inputs to develop and implementation of incentive program to keep team motivated
- Should ensure in & out merchandising standard of the company
- Should attend & resolve customer complaints
