The incumbent would be responsible for :
- Achieve targeted sales volumes-The incumbent will be responsible for driving strategic business development to expand business opportunities in Uttarakhand &Uttar Pradesh .
- Focus on institutional sales.
- Team development-He/she will work with the team to achieve volumes, value and contribution targets .
- Channel extension and development .
- Increase channels in these two territories (UP and Uttrakhand) specific to Cattle Feed
-Sales Process Development-The incumbent will be responsible for establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas ranging in the scale of 4000 metric tons for the territories.
Qualification & Experience :
- MBA / PGDM from Tier I campus is preferred
- 8- 10 years of experience in sales with at least 4 years of team leading experience in FMCG/ Feed/ Agri industry
- Willing to travel extensively
