Job Description : 

As the DGM Recruitment, you are expected to:

1. Lead the entire talent acquisition function, PAN India, with a team of 4 to 5 direct reports

2. Manage the bulk, lateral and campus hiring piece to ensure the on-boarding of top talent available in the market

3. Act as a business advisor to the stakeholders from a talent standpoint

4. Work on various projects related to process improvement, defining matrixes, etc.

5. Showcase strong business acumen when it comes to driving stakeholders and advising them on the market scenario

Profile : 

In order to be eligible for this position, one must:

1. Come with 14 to 18 years experience in talent acquisition

2. Have experience in managing bulk, lateral and campus hiring

3. Have strong stakeholder management skills

4. Come with a full time MBA in HR from a reputed institute

5. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
