The incumbent will be responsible for :
Leading the RPO function for one of the leading technology client
Managing a team of 150+ Sourcers, Screeners & Schedulers
Manage the end to end recruitment for the Clients requirement
Manage key stakeholders at business head, Unit head levels- both internal and external
Make sure the allotted projects is taken to completion at the specified time
Monitor, Train and Motivate employees, taking care of the learning needs, appraisals on regular basis
Looking at candidates with 12+ years of experience in handling end to end recruitment from BPO / ITES industry and last fews years in handling RPO model of recruitment
Excellent communication skills
