Preparing Project Feasibility Reports based on the Rules, Regulations & Laws of different regions / Cities.

Understanding the Real Estate Market of different Areas/regions.

Preparing plot Study plans & Revenue Statements.

Ability to Co-ordinate Effectively for Land Acquisitions so as to execute the deal through, smoothly.

Managing administrative functions while ensuring optimum and effective utilisation of funds.

Interpreting of Rules, Regulations, and Policies & Laws of different regions.

Liaisoning with various Government Authorities like Urban Development, Housing, Revenue, Town Planning, Director of Industries, Textile, Food & Civil Supply & various planning Authorities like MCGM, KDMC, UMC, AMC, PMC, TMC Etc.

Liaisoning with Advocates/ Solicitors, Financial Institutions Etc.

Strategic Planning of Projects according to upcoming Government Policies

Liaisoning and co-ordinating with MCGM, SRA for obtaining various permissions like LOI, IOA, IOD, HRC, MHCC, PPL permissions for projects in Mumbai.

Liaisoning and co-ordinating with Revenue departments i.e. Collector office, CTSO, DDLR Supt. of Land Records, for NA, Subdivision & other Revenue matters for projects in Mumbai.

Liaisoning with Govt. Departments such as Urban Development, ULC, Director of Industries, MOEF,. Etc.

Interacting with the Design Architect, Liaison Architect, Construction Department & Various Consultants.

Handling technical Due-Diligence (Feasibility report), Liaisoning and co-ordinating for Lands in MMR, Kalyan-Dombivli, Pune, and Mumbai Region.

Procuring & understanding the Revenue documents for Title Clearance & smooth approval process.

Co-ordinating with the Legal team / Solicitors from Revenue point for preparation of Agreement documents.

Interpreting the Acts, Rules & Regulations prevailing in different regions and the approval process & requirements of the approving authority in different regions.

Interacting with the Design Architect, Construction Department & Various Consultants.

Liaisoning with Government Authorities for Township Project at Kalyan, Pune, Ambernath, Mumbai, for getting approval and to sort various revenue issues.

Planning & Designing, Liaisoning with Govt. Departments such as Urban Development, Housing & Spl. Asst., Director of Industries, Supt. of Land Records, District Inspector of Land Records, City Survey Office, Urban Land Ceiling, Special Land Acquisition Officer, MCGM, and Collector office.

Handling Due-diligence of various projects across the Mumbai region.

Liaison with Government Authorities, MCGM, MHADA for redevelopment of Textile Mills.

Discussing the properties with the legal team and to follow up in legal aspects such as the agreement preparation, Title etc
