A degree in Bachelor of Engineering in any stream preferably in Mechanical with 10-15 years of relevant work experience in project evaluation and management.

- He should possess good negotiation skills, financial acumen and good knowledge of vendors.

- Those having project maintenance management certification from any renowned Project Maintenance Institute shall have added advantage.

- The person should possess a high level of oral, written and computer software communication skills and be efficient and able to prioritize all tasks
