Description - Most of Tier 2 and Tier 3 users are emergent users and have access only to mobile devices. We are looking for an experienced mobile product manager who can lead our mobile app product and drive adoption and conversion

The client is a wholly-owned subsidiary of world's leading retailer renowned for its efficiency and expertise in logistics, supply chain management and sourcing. Walmart India owns and operates 26 B2B Modern Wholesale Stores under the brand name of BestPrice. The company also operates 3 Fulfillment Centre in India

Job Description :

- Turn ambiguous problems into solutions accustomed to driving results in a cross-functional environment with little instruction or oversight

- Ability to lead in a highly dynamic environment and a willingness to roll up sleeves to get the job done

- Desire to work in a fast-paced environment

- Hand-on experience, Hustler, and Go-Getter attitude

- People Management: Ability to lead, manage; develop teams in a fast-paced environment; should have managed a team of at least 2-3 product managers

Profile :

- 5+ years of product management experience in B2C product companies; with a demonstrated record of working on mobile products

- Excellent problem-solving, organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to evolve product strategy based on research, data and industry trends

- Experience of working with systems with complex business logic, and the ability to deliver data-driven solutions while dealing with large quantities of information and data

- Create, democratize and monitor performance metrics regularly and work with a different team to consistently raise the bar

- Should have a thorough understanding of data and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Localytics, CleverTap or MixPanel

- Experience of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle

- Knowledge of multiple functional areas, such as Product Management, Engineering, UX/UI, Sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.

- Understanding of user experience (UX) and business/commercial challenges

- Experience in user interface design, wireframes, and prototyping for the mobile platform. Good troubleshooting experience (functional, usability, regression, performance, exploratory)

- Work with QA and Business team to check all the corner cases possible for feature development; manage upgrades and progressive releases for existing products

- Ability to interact with the engineering team, understand technical subjects and emerging technologies and their relevance to the product

- Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

- Software Development Experience with a good understanding of data, metrics and building models is compulsory

- eCommerce Product Management Experience is compulsory

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience is a plus.

- MBA from Tier 1 college is preferred
