Deputy General Manager - Plant Operations - Manufacturing

Job Description :

1. Handling shop floor practices, manufacturing processes, supply chain and maintenance procedures

2. Motivate and mentor all Plant Functional Teams to achieve cycle time and manufacturing targets

3. Managing de-bottleneck technical / production problems, undertake trouble-shooting of Process/Customer complaints and develop effective Systems using CAPA concepts

4. Oversee ERP systems, Production Planning & Inventory Management (RM/PM/FG)

5. Exposure and implementation of EHS standards applicable to Plant Operations
