Key Accountability Statement:
Workforce Planning :-
a) Understand Analyse organization objectives.
b) Forecast demand and supply.
c) Finalizing Manpower gaps by seeking approvals and finalizing annual workforce plan.
d) Devise and design recruitment strategy.
e) Campus connect and Employer branding.
Employee Engagement & PMS :-
a) Designing and implementing engagement initiatives
b) Design rewards & recognition programme
c) Performance - Goal setting & planning
d) Performance communication and appeals
e) Succession Planning
f) Annual compensation budgeting and planning
MIS:
a) Prepare and document details and data related to employee numbers, attrition, recruitment, periodical reports, performance, attendance, manpower expenses and costing,
IR & Employee Welfare:-
a) Welfare & Personnel administration matters for the employees in the project, interacting with the various forums and resolving the issues.
b) Fulfilling and ensuring all statutory requirements to Contract workmen like: Min wages, payment of wages, ESI, PF, Bonus, Leave pay, Service pay, Weekly off pay, PH pay, Service pay, Safety gears pay, OT pay in time.
c) Disciplinary actions and grievance handling
Security & Admin:
a) The incumbent is responsible over all admin related activities
b) The incumbent is responsible for administrative activities of office, colony and guest house activities
