Interactions: The role requires to collaborate across teams to create success:
- Internal stakeholders: CHRO, Founders, Business Heads, Functional Heads
- External Stakeholders: Investors/ HR service Vendors
Role Context:
We are looking for a young dynamic leader to lead HR function. This is a critical role for our growth, given the exponential expansion plans at hand.
Key responsibilities:
1. Employee Life Cycle Management
- On boarding, performance reviews, confirmation of all new entrants into the organization.
- Medical, payroll & PF, policies, documentations, Transfers, exits and other related queries for all existing employees.
2. Manpower Planning & Recruitment
- Drafting the manpower plan with inputs from the business, submission and approval of the same.
- End to end hiring for frontline positions as per attrition and manpower plan.
- Ensuring and Tracking New employee assimilation through structured induction programs based on clear learning checklists and coordinating with the designated mentors.
3. Performance Management & Rewards
- Supporting the annual appraisal process from goal finalization to the bell curve normalization process.
- Owner of the Performance Improvement Plan Process for low performers with a view to help them up their game.
5. Employee Engagement and People Culture
- Conducting in-house engagement surveys.
- Rolling out regional and national level engagement initiatives.
6. HRIS and Compliances
- Maintaining all periodic people related MIS, payroll inputs, exit reports. Submission of the Monthly Operating Report. Undertaking data analysis projects to search and implement solutions on issues like attrition and hiring quality.
- Oversight on the Shops & Establishments Act and other Labor Compliances. Business Partner HR Warehouse Custodian of HR Budget for hiring and engagement expenses.

- Collaborative Skills: The role requires the incumbent to work closely and coordinate with the Internal and external teams to create success. S/he should be able to seamlessly navigate these relationship dynamics in a high growth, young, agile business environment.
- Functional understanding: The role is critical for the business performance and would require the incumbent to create a competitive business advantage for the HR domain and statutory compliances. It would be critical to analyze the effectiveness of the processes on a day to day basis and course correct.
- Data driven/ Analytical: The role is required to drive specific process efficiency metrics and would be accountable to drive data-driven decision making.
- Results oriented: The role is required to work on deliver on daily numbers, short-term goals and long-term milestones set by business and efficacy. Meeting these milestones would be critical to create success.
