Key Responsibilities:

- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

- Drive performance management & risk mitigation with a focus on ROI, IDB, and inventory actions.

- Develop and coordinate medium-term forecasts while identifying risks and opportunities.

- Partner with Plant Operations to drive financial improvements.

- Implement ERP enhancements and process improvements.

- Lead a high-performing finance team and ensure ongoing competency development.

Requirements:

Qualification: CMA / CA

Experience:

- Proven track record in plant finance, financial controls, and performance management.

Skills:

- Strong expertise in financial analysis, forecasting, ERP systems, and leadership abilities.
