1. Span control : at least 100-150 plus ( Business requirement is more than this)

2. Year of Experience : at least 11 years.

3. Location : Kolkata only (place of work location is Bantala)

4. Profit & Loss Management : At least basic understanding required.

5. Client Management - this criteria is a priority

6. Working Shift - regular shift but the team under this person works on rotational shift between 7 am to 1 am (two shifts). So may have to work in those shifts as per requirement.

- Excellent leadership skills with strong emphasis on target and expectation setting.

- Ability to act in an intercultural setting by translating customer's expectation to team leads and also directly to the service team.

- High affinity to process driven tasks and structured approaches.

- Ability to self-manage and self-motivate as well as motivate team leads and the entire service team.

- Ability to describe and present complex topics in an easy to understand way.

- Excellent written and verbal communication including professional documentation skills

- Excellent ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and work under changing conditions and high pressure.

- Preferred Knowledge of Clinical research and Pharmacovigilance processes

- Participate and support the PV project specific strategic planning and decision-making

- Responsible for successful delivery of service from offshore delivery center

- Involve in strategic decisions with regards to offshore operations

- Work with the team to meet client defined SLA's for the project

- Implement / follow various processes and procedures to track overall project delivery performance with respect to client / regulatory and other Heath Authorities compliance standards.

- Regular reviews to monitor overall project performance on defined SLAs

- Lead operational review meetings and contribute to steering meetings

- Capacity planning and work load forecasting in consultation with the project leadership

- Maintain knowledge on current staffing pattern and foresee future staff requirement to facilitate timely recruitment

- Responsible for hiring, setting and monitoring of annual performance for team members

- Responsible for people management including coaching and career development and talent retention

- Attrition management at the PV project offshore operations and succession planning.

- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the PV project operations

- Provide support to internal & external audits for the PV project operations

- Provide annual performance appraisals of direct reports and provide regular feedback

- Drive project compliance to organization and client SOP's / SWI's and completion of training plan and training records

- Keep the project leadership informed on project performance, work in progress status and escalations if any

- Identify Issues/Risks and work on risk mitigations

- Ensure applicable and relevant risks are entered in organization risk portals for tracking and leadership awareness

- Create platforms for sharing of best practices
