Job Description - Looking for a seasoned professional(12+ yrs) who has hands-on experience in operations and implementation of mobile wallets. Should be aware of regulatory and cybersecurity compliance with respect to wallets/payments.

Currently having 100 million active users and a year on year growth of 60%. They aim for financial inclusion of the large market of Africa by offering financial services solutions to their millions of customers.

Description :

- Lead a team to support complex payment systems across geographies

- Front end the engineering team for the different businesses

- Pursue business targets and take decisive action during uncertainty and in high stakes situations

- Create processes and guide vendors for following best practices

- Work closely with the compliance team for sign off

Profile :

- Hands-on experience in working in support operations and implementation of mobile wallets

- Understanding of cybersecurity compliance like PCI DSS and PA DSS

- Understanding of regulatory compliance with respect to banking and financial services

- Able to handle and influence a team

- Experience in production support for billing platform/switch/telecom would be preferred

- Enthusiastic and problem-solving mindset
