A leading Wellness company is looking to hire A Deputy General Manager.
Key accountabilities:
- Touch points enhancement across the customer journey
- Verbal and non verbal ways to continuously enhance customer engagement
- Work closely with training and operations team
- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Resolve customer complaints on social media platforms.
- Liaise with creative agencies, media ecosystem to develop and disseminate content
- Support internal communication initiatives to for employee engagement
Experience:
- Min. 10 yrs exp. in customer facing communication (digital, physical)
- Min 2 years exposure to experience enhancement in service industry
- Proven track record of designing and executing successful cross platform media campaigns
- Experience with managing call centre communications is bonus
