Level: Deputy General Manager
Reporting to: Realty - COO / GM - Marketing & Sales
Name of the Department/ Function: Marketing & Sales
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for revenue and resource optimization, pricing, goal setting and annual business planning with respect to Marketing, Sales and CRM
- Develop standard operating procedures with respect to Marketing, Sales and CRM
- Create innovative marketing and scientifically designed marketing campaigns with optimum reach and realistic spends
- Conduct CRM activities for enhancing the customer experience by improvising on service standards
- Oversee, motivate and manage sales teams across all projects while developing and coordinating efficient sales cycle and methodologies
- Build long term partnerships with focus on corporate, retail customers and high net worth individuals
- Develop, manage and leadstrategic sales and marketing initiatives for residential, retail and commercial sector
- Exploit the potential for value creation and focus on targeted business opportunities
- Develop and implement strategies, tactical & marketing programs
- Develop a - fit for market- and competitive product line and ensure that all stakeholders are aligned with the strategic goal
- Provide critical inputs in planning & design of projects
- Conduct Channel management, strategy development and implementation
- Undertake Strategic planning initiatives including corporate positioning in market, competitive analysis, customer segment selection &penetration plans, and related product positioning
- Oversee marketing communications including branding, public relations, advertising, white papers, trade shows, seminars and events collateral materials, analyst and market research management, and website design and content either directly or on an outsourced basis
- Define and direct marketing programs for demand creation, lead generation and interface with sales for lead tracking and management
- Oversee product management including market and customer research for market and product requirements, development, product pricing and product lifecycle management
- Develop and manage The Company's entire marketing budget
- Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities
Budget managed by this person:Marketing & Sales Budget
Experience : 10-15 years in Marketing & Sales in Residential /Commercial/ Retail real estate
development/International Property Consultants essentially in a corporate environment
Qualification : MBA in Marketing from a reputed institute
Degree in Civil Engineering will be an added advantage
