Industry : Candidates with 360 degree Marketing experience within Real Estate Companies only.
Desired Candidate Profile:.
- Proficient in real estate terminology, basic RERA guidelines, and project-related regulations.
- Familiarity with current projects, including inventory, pricing, offers, and financial aspects.
- Strong grasp of marketing principles, encompassing ATL, BTL, and digital channels, with a focus on digital marketing.
- Skilled in budget management for marketing initiatives.
- Effective coordination and management of agencies and vendors.
- Expertise in brand management, liaising with creative agencies for marketing collaterals.
- Thorough understanding of branding materials and their quality execution.
- Analytical mindset for lead and booking analysis, customer profiling, and targeting.
- Proficient in generating leads and walk-ins through comprehensive marketing strategies.
- Ability to devise and execute sales-driven campaign plans.
- Focus on enhancing customer and site experiences.
- Conducting call center training, quality audits, and pitch improvement.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to address project sales challenges and gather market insights.

Educational Qualification and Experience:.
