- Responsible for creating long and medium Marketing strategies and direction
- Responsible for the division's Profit generation
- Formulate plans to expand portfolio through organic and inorganic growth
- Manage communication, inputs, strategies to meet business objectives
- Expanding use through self medication route
- Leveraging from CRM initiatives
- Cost improvement program through innovative approaches
- Ensuring team members adhere to accuracy, thoroughness and timelines in all functions
- Coaching and guiding team to enhance performance
- Setting high standard in communication/campaigns and promotions
- Strategic planning, including medium term and long-term plans.
