Develop a comprehensive calendar taking into account the media strategy and ATL and BTL promotions for the year.
Ensure top line and bottom line, and spread of the brand is achieved as committed in the "Annual Business Plan"
Formulate brand's long-term strategy and develop and execute marketing/sales plans. Propose and implement marketing strategies to increase market share for specific products / business segments.
Responsible for developing and implementing brand and product promotion programs for all segments across all channels.
Ensure Proper Planning and Execution of ""Go To Market Plan"" through proper execution of :-
1) Media Plan
2) ATL elements - Print Campaign, outdoor and other media
3) BTL elements - Visual Merchandising, Trade & Consumer Activation programs.
Manage marketing/sales budgets and ensure effective utilization of the budget across various marketing activities.
Provide direction to the marketing/sales team to bring about awareness amongst the customers, about various developments in the brand on time to time basis.
Develop brand architecture, branding strategies to improve brand acceptance and recall.
Ensure healthy brand equity improvement for the brands in the category.
Develop and implement short term, medium term and long term brand and communication packages.
