- Defining and delivering on the vision and strategy for upskilling and training.
- Consult with multiple stakeholders in organizations/clients to understand their Talent development challenges.
- Competency mapping, training needs analysis and job task analysis, curriculum creation and implementation, instruction design, review, and development.
- Determining the right learning strategies and delivery platforms.
- Meeting clients, leading the development of presentation materials, and synthesizing important issues
- Oversee the design and development of learning solutions
- Engage senior client stakeholders and play a thought leader role in the L&D space .
- Understanding of the learning solutions market, including classroom, blended and eLearning solutions
- Identify performance gaps and provide actionable solutions with specialization in Instructional Design.
- Lead projects that involved designing curriculum, training, courses.
- Manage curriculum and course design and development
- Designing simple yet effective learning solutions that involve complex technical subject matter
