- DGM - HR (HR lead - CoE & HRBP - S&M (Double Hatting role) ) plays a pivotal role in ensuring the success of HR initiatives related to specific area of expertise, such as talent acquisition, performance management, learning and development and HRIS. As a HRBP for Sales & Mktg Teams, serve as a strategic partner to business leaders, collaborating to develop and implement HR strategies.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives, with a specific focus on the CoE's area of expertise and for the assigned Business Orgs as HRBP.
Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve HR processes and practices within the CoE to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts within the CoE, including recruitment strategies, training and development programs, and succession planning.
Policy Development: Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and guidelines specific to the CoE's area of expertise, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and to provide insights and recommendations to the organization regarding HR-related matters within the CoE.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other HR leads, department heads, and senior management to ensure that the CoE's HR functions support the organization's overall goals and strategies
- Manufacturing experience is a MUST
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a team and drive results.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals.
- Change Management: Experience in managing and leading change initiatives within the HR context.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges.
