DGM - Key Accounts
- Develop relationships with key decision-makers in target organisations for business development.
- Interface with clients for suggesting the most viable product range and cultivating relations with them for securing repeat business.
- Manage activities pertaining to negotiating/finalization of deals for smooth execution of sales & order processing.
- Provide technical service support to clients and resolving their issues/ concerns coordinating with the Technical team.
- Responsible for credit control & timely remittances from the market.
- Manage the sales & marketing operations for promoting products and accountable for achieving business goals and increased sales growth.
- Identify, develop and nurture new segments for the launch of products, thereby enhancing profitability.
- Conceptualize and implement CRM activities for key accounts as a part of customer retention and relationship building effort.
