About The Role:

Position: Deputy General Manager - Key Accounts

Reporting to: Vice President

Location: Mumbai

NOTE :

- We would be looking from any Industry but should have experience in product sales.

- The share of wallet should have some clients into Banking / BFSI / PSU

- Handling Pan India Role with Reportees - 2-3

- Business of 80 -100Cr

- Should be BE / MBA

What You Will Do:

1. Work with specified set of accounts to Achieve the Target Revenues and also the company share.

2. Work to Identify and acquire new accounts.

3. Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess their needs, address concerns, and provide solutions that meet their objectives.

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, marketing, and customer support, to ensure seamless delivery of products/services and exceptional customer experience.

5. Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.

6. Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams.

7. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.

8. Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.

9. Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

10. Prepare and present reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and market insights to internal stakeholders.

11. Manage contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions in collaboration with the sales team.

12. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

13. Receivables management close monitoring of receivables to ensure timely collection.

14. Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback and insights from clients, contributing to the development of new products/services.

15. Manage and lead team of 7 -8 Key Accounts Manager present PAN India and Conduct regular business reviews with the team to assess quarterly targets and goals.

16. Initiate and organize all customer activity like customer meet / promotion / Road shows

participation in all major events and exhibitions.

17. Achieve Service revenue & receivables targets, responsible for customer satisfaction and Service TAT for Key Accounts.

Who we are looking for:

Qualification: B.E. / MBA (Tier 2 Management colleges) with relevant experience of 15+ year.

- Should be flexible to travel.

- Should have managed large PAN India account giving business between 10-20 cr from a single account. Must have handled sales revenues of 100Cr .

- Should have exposure to B2B customers working with Banks / NBFC / Insurance and with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.

Functional Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients, understand their needs, and build long-term relationships.

- Excellent in making business presentation and product pitch.

- Strong sales and account management skills, with exposure to B2B customers working with Banks / NBFC / Insurance and with a proven track record of successfully managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets.

- Solution selling approach and relevant experience of successful Implementation.

- Excellent networking capabilities within all key stake holders and influencers in Industry.

- Ability to lead and conduct regular business reviews with the team and key customers.

- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to close rate contract with senior stakeholders and navigate complex client relationships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.

- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions.

- Exceptional organizational and time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong industry knowledge and understanding of market dynamics.
