FUNCTION: IT (INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY)

QUALIFICATIONS:

- BTech/MBA

- Working experience in Telecom domain for12 - 15 years

- Good Knowledge in SQL, IT Tools, MS Office

SALARY: 30 LAKHS

JOB DESCRIPTION :

- Provide a single window to BU (Business Unit) for BI (Business Intelligence) issues and responsible for integrating with stakeholders to proactively provide market-facing BI solutions

- Deep understanding of telco business imperatives , priorities, trends, regulation and market dynamics

- Specifically, have a sound technical and business understanding of key business processes

- Preferably should have background in IT/Telecom consulting and/or business development

- Knowledge of IT processes, SDLC, operations flow

- Must be an effective communicator and must have good influencing ability and interpersonal skills

- Should be a team player and strong at conflict management and resolution

- A Positive, Can-Do attitude

- Respond to the BU's operational challenges/issues and provide timely resolutions with detailed CAPA (Corrective & Preventive Action)

- Ensure reports/Analytics/Dashboards are delivered as per agreed SLA's(Service Level Agreements)

- Responsible for pro-active monitoring of BI and initiate corrective actions

- Provide thought leading IT insights to the BU and discuss their critical decisions /impact

- Provide metrics on BI issues and analyze for preventive and corrective action and assist with prioritizations

- Engage directly with the business teams to identify BI operational issues

- Facilitate regular governance and action tracking between IT and BU, and ensure timely and clear communication from IT to Business

- Responsible for internal and external audit of BI system and compliance
