Deputy General Manager - International Projects
Qualification : MBA/MHA/MPH/MBBS
Experience : 10+ years
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Responsible for developing Strategic long range plans for MENA and other international markets that may be requested.
- Implement strategies to strengthen brand equity of Hospitals in target countries to achieve the long term and short term growth plans.
- Should have strong technical support in preparation of pre-feasibility and project reports for our hospital projects. Primarily involving driving the proposal from concept to commissioning.
- To be responsible for project management, budget & EBIDTA control.
- Develops and communicates key performance indicators (cost/schedule/technical/quality) for projects.
- Manages cross-functional, multi-site activities for a portfolio of complex projects.
- Study drivers and trends of a business and recommend Head Oncology and International Projects suggestions for sustained growth of business.
- Responsible for drafting, negotiating and finalizing contracts for new business proposals.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and resource management.
- Co-ordinate with international teams in individual hospitals to drive marketing plan and activities that help drive international revenues as per plan and the annual calendar.
- Analysis and regular monitoring of healthcare trends, competition, hospital performance data, knowledge of transfer program outcomes, and other similar indicators of the assigned projects.
- Identifying opportunities to acquire or partner with other providers for joint programs in international markets.
- Analyze and track the market intelligence data including environmental, customer & competitor information and initiatives and pre-empt its impact on the business.
- Work closely with clinical faculty on implementing programs.
- Responsible for team and individual milestones decided during start of the financial year.
- Guide on the specifications of the machinery, equipment, civil infrastructure, typical land parcel requirement etc.,
- Responsible for building rapport with client's project team for smooth project experience and repeat business.
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting and resource management.
- International travel is expected
- Responsible for weekly & monthly project updates.
- Undertake feasibility study and the potential clinical programs.
- Initiating and commissioning the Brand License Agreement.
- Take up PPP models and ensure that the enterprise has a wide presence.
- Engage with Government and policy makers on healthcare.
- Review the technology and access to healthcare needs.
