Deputy General Manager - Internal Audit - Pharma Manufacturing

Job Description:

- Execution of Internal Audit Plan, Performing Internal audit field-work following the planned audit programme and approach, delivery of quality work in line set guidelines.

- Evaluate internal processes and control and preparing audit reports with value-added recommendations to management and audit committees.

- Reviewing the work of junior auditors, outsourced audit staff.. Ensuring quality of audit work, working papers, draft reports and involvements in finalizing and issuing the reports.

- Should evolve smarter audit techniques and look out for innovative automating audit solutions.

- Should seek Implementation of audit recommendations with timelines.

- Escalation of overdue issues & pending implementation.

Experience:

i. Audit-related exp., preferably with Manufacturing Industry.

ii. Ability to Manage Team independently.

iii. Good analytical and positive mind with excellent interpersonal & communication skills.

iv. Ability to deal with the different level of people.

v. Good presentation and report writing skills.

vi. Should be conversant with Risk-based audit approach, risk assessments and have flair for developing/using automated audit tools.

vii. Candidate should have compulsory SAP system audit experience.

viii. Good command of excel, word and power point
