Reporting to AVP Infra


Team


- Direct & Indirect both

- To Lead and manage Group's Mail & Messaging platform, Common User Directory(AD), Endpoint protection manager for security patches, policy enforcement etc. for 30,000 users spread across 150+ locations worldwide.

- To ensure seamless operations of Universal Service desk for 14 businesses.

- To Lead and manage Remote Desktop Management for 1200+ endpoints across 14 locations

- Most of the businesses are part of Messaging, Directory, and SCCM infrastructure Viz. Manufacturing, and Corporate Functions etc.

The Challenges for job holder are,

i. Ensure availability, reliability, security of email, directory and other infrastructure applications

ii. Ensure availability, reliability, and expansion of Universal service Desk and Remote Desktop services

iii. Ensure Competitive edge for shared services- Bring down the operational cost and improving quality of service

iv. Readiness to cope up with future growth in a proactive manner

v. The compliance to statutory needs and process demanded by Govt. institutions, Shareholders and other stakeholders wrt Infrastructure services

A. Manage, operate & expand services to achieve desired SLAs for following services:

- Mail & Messaging

- Active Directory

- SCCM

- File Sharing

- Universal Service Desk

- Remote Desktop Management

B. Service Security and Continuity

C. Service Level Management

D. Supplier Management

E. Financial Accounting

F. Project Execution

To engage with Businesses and manage Out-sourced teams to provide Messaging Application and Services within defined SLAs

- Infra-Apps Services:


- To engage with Businesses and manage Out-sourced teams to provide Infrastructure Application and Services within defined SLAs

Lead:

- Universal Service Desk Operation & End User Management:


- To engage with Businesses and manage an outsourced team to provide USD operation services within defined SLAs

- Tom engage with Businesses and manage an outsourced team to provide Remote Desktop services within defined SLAs
