Deputy General Manager - IT Location : Ulsoor, Bangalore - 8 to 10 years in a IT Project Team Supervisory role - Strong Communication skills in English &amp; Hindi Job Responsibilities and Duties : - CIOS Software (all Applications ) - Review Stability of the Software and processes so that User experience is excellent. - Work with users in the field to ensure the processes meet their needs and support small process changes. - AWS Infrastructure - Ensure software and security updates are active. Renewals license, certificates and payment of Bills on time. - Data Security and regular backup of data is maintained - Vendor Management - Manage Software, Hardware &amp; Network Vendors. Review their performance regularly with agreed SLAs.. - Follow proper norms of Vendor Evaluation, involve F&amp;A / Management Team to choose the right Vendor. - Identify Vendors who can support development of new processes, perform tests, services required for business (Van tracking). Negotiate the right price with the support of cross functional team and continuously review costs offered by other suppliers. - IT Security - Work with external experts to implement ISO 270001 standards within Connect India. - Conduct Security awareness programmes within the Organisation. Be the leader to bring in Change. - Work with HR to review, circulate and implement Companys IT Policys. - IT Infrastructure (Hardware ) - Support F&amp;A and Business Teams in the procurement of hardware post reviewing cost and best equipment. - Server Management, Hardware support, Network Administration through Service Providers. - People Management - Training - Create and manage a Training pack for various Systems using Process Documents and Vendor. Qualifications and Skills : - Graduation / Postgraduate or equivalent BE computer science / MCA - 8-10 years IT Project Team Supervisory role - Technical Skills Knowledge on developing languages and framework, Server, Computer systems, Project Management, Office applications &amp; Network equipment. - Communication Skills verbal and written communication - Management Should have experience in managing 2 to 8 people and interacting with senior management.
