Deputy General Manager - Human Resources

Responsible for:

- Manpower budgeting & Planning for all Functions and Mfg Units

- Payroll and Statutory Compliances for entire Organisation

- Budgeting, Administration and facilities management of Manufacturing Units, Guest houses and Corporate Office, Security, Canteen, Guest-house, Travel (incl. stay)

- Working with Business / Functional stakeholders to ensure right recruitment of talent

- Execution of Corporate HR plan - PMS, L&D, Action planning & execution of employee engagement

Level: DGM HR

Reporting to : CHRO

Team size: 8 - 10 direct reportees

Requirements:

- Expert on labour laws and compliance

- Should have handled Factory operations at a Unit level and at a National level

- Should have experience in managing contract labour

- Very good in Cost management and analytics

- Should be well versed with automation and new HR practices in Manufacturing Plants

- MBA from a reputed institute and having a work experience of 10 - 12 years doing a similar role in mid-sized companies
