Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the hotel's overall business goals.
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance, coaching, and support.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent.
- Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate and employee experience.
- Manage employee onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Relations:
- Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee engagement and retention.
- Conduct regular employee surveys and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
Training and Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Identify training needs and ensure that employees have the resources they need to succeed.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage the hotel's compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- Conduct regular salary reviews and promotions.
- Stay current with changes in labor laws and regulations.
Performance Management:
- Develop and implement performance management systems that align with the hotel's goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees.
- Address performance issues in a timely and effective manner.
Compliance:
- Ensure that the hotel complies with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Work with legal counsel to address any compliance issues.
Qualifications:
- MBA
- 10 years of experience in HR management
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment, training, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Should be conversant with local language
