Manpower Planning and employee cost :
- Manage circle level manpower planning and employee cost as per AOP
- Coordinate with CLT for manpower requirement and zero gaps between budgeted no's Vs. Actuals
- Ensure unification of CDMA & GSM Operations
Productivity and attrition :
- Review manpower productivity trends and quality manpower recruitment as per requirement
- Ensure attrition within industry average
- Managing average cost of manpower and overhead cost per employee
- Recruiting effectiveness - TAT, no. of days of vacancy in different roles, average performance of first 3 months post joining
Employee engagement and ESAT :
- Develop circle level monthly employee engagement calendar and CFT
- Ensure high ESAT-scores in order to attract and retain top talent
- Monitoring DARPA Action planning, LIC & TBEM plan for circle
- Performance management and Talent development
- Rolling out PMS and monitoring adherence as per corporate timelines
- Managing T&D Initiatives, effectiveness and impact on job performance
Facility and Infra Management :
- Review circle level facility management and support services
- Monitoring FMS budget and employee cost as per AOP
Key Shared Accountabilities Within the CLT :
- Oversee employee budget and employee productivity
- Ensure key talent retention and manpower availability as per plan
- With other circle HR heads
- Share knowledge on best practices across circles With the regional heads
- Managing employee and FMS budget as per corporate guidelines and AOP
- Design circle-level HR Scorecard and alignment with CHRO Scorecard With the corporate
- Ensure employee productivity and cost lies within corporate norms
- Succession planning for key roles in circle
- Plan employee training to reflect corporate priorities
- Learn industry best practices and share circle information across functions
- Ensure full legal and regulatory compliance

- Meet with region HR head 1-2 times per month
