This person will basically be looking at :
1. HR Process, HR System implementation, HR policy design.
2. Talent Management -Exposure in handling Hi-Potential Program, Succession planning is must.
3. Employee Engagement-Exposure of Gallup, GPTW etc.
4. HR Analytics-Good Analytical skills, number crunching, dashboard handling.
5. HR Strategic Projects.
Person Requirements :
- Engineer with MBA from reputed institute with 8-12 years of experience
- Strong analytical skills with exposure to system implementation would be preferred
- Exposure to Employee engagement surveys like Gallup, GPTW etc would be good
