- Education/Qualification: MBA, Preferably from Tier I Institute / University
- Overall years of Experience: 20- 25 years (Part exposure in a Manufacturing Plant is mandate)

Roles & Responsibilities :
1) FUNCTIONAL :
- Partner with Plant HR Head and execute HR strategies to create a performance-oriented work culture and ongoing development of the workforce.
- Drive Core HR processes and initiate and drive Employee Engagement.
- Ensure timely and cost-effective manpower planning of management employees in the Operations Division.
- Timely conduct of periodic reviews of HR and Admin policies with regards to management employees for continuous improvements.
- Ensure regular and timely appraisal and its effective linkage to promotion and rewards with regards to Management employees as well as Non - Management employees.
- Improvise and drive innovation in HR systems and benchmark best practices in the industry.
- Identifying and structuring Talent Management interventions based on organizational needs either internally and/or through external service provider
2) Giving a strategic direction to the employee-related initiatives
- To increase the level of employee engagement with the organization
- Employee Engagement survey diagnostics and identifying gaps
- Building HR interventions based on Employee Engagement survey results and follow up
- Drive the employee welfare programs
3) Drive the performance management and productivity-related programs
- To understand, identify, and find solutions to the employee-related issues that impact productivity
- Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes, and other factors
- Develop policies for attracting, retaining & developing High Potential Talent across various functions of the organization, including creating a robust Talent pipeline & innovating further on succession planning
- Design action learning projects for key talent readiness and monitoring
4) Manage the process of change management as and when required and conduct HR benchmark surveys towards further improving organization's HR practices.
5) Setting up of internal systems and processes to institutionalize the L&D, OD process
6) Engage with the management and employees to align the requirements of both from HR perspective
7) Responsible for the budget allocated for his function
