KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and oversees all activities of employee life cycle management.
- Responsible for the day to day delivery and administration of core employee job change and life cycle process for supported areas including onboarding, promotions, transfers, re-organizations and terminations.
- Responsible for maintaining and ensuring full compliance of employment files physical and digital as well as overall record keeping.
- Responsible for creation and issuance of employee-related documentation, including but not limited to, offer letters, separation agreements, consultancy agreements, side letters and verification of employment letter and seeking approval for these where necessary.
- Forecast and oversee operational performance and metrics.
- Ensure that all HR employee transactions are compliant with internal control guidelines, employment law and global HR process change.
- Ensure HR data consistency and integrity.
- Provide global mobility and cross border movement support (preparing secondments & international transfer letters, executing with accuracy and consistency at all times).
- Participate in projects to improve processes/practices and assist in the implementation of specific HR initiatives.
- Perform internal audits to determine data anomalies, gaps or incompleteness of records.
- Drive special projects as required.
