- Designed employee engagement framework for the organisation, working in different models e.g Gallup, Strength finder, Great Place to work framework can Oversee the development and delivery of strategic leadership development programme for all leaders, Lead the development and delivery of coaching and mentoring capability
- The incumbent should possess Strong in functional knowledge and should have implementation experience (Mandatory), Good analytical skills and strong on Presentation and data analysis, Good in Project management and multi-tasking,, Preference people with good influencing skills, team player
