A leading Agrochemical Manufacturing company is looking for Deputy General Manager Human Resources .
Job responsibility includes :
- Heading compensation and benefit plans
- Management of Talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Heading Employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Manage all support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Promote and Head HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
- Heading development and implementation of human resource policies
- Heading tasks around performance management
- Complete knowledge and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
- Timely quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations
- Create Policies as per industry requirement
- Experience in manufacturing / industrial setting would be desirable
