- Responsible for Entire Gamut of HR & Administration for the company.
- Responsible for Strategic HR Role to ensure that organizational, individual, social and stakeholders- goals are effectively accomplished.
- To ensure best HR Practices in place and its implementation.
- To prepare and update HR Policies as per revision dates.
- To ensure adherence to the Statutory Compliances across the organization.
- To ensure that Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Compensation and Benefits and Administration sub-functions are effectively performed as per the set objectives.
- To ensure implementation of the Organisational Development, Change Management and organizational transformation initiatives.
- To ensure high morale and productivity of all the employees.
- To guide the management about best HR Practices prevailing in India and globally for the adoption of the same.
